Refund policy

Eligibility for refund & replacement

Refund & replacement accepted within 7 days. You may contact us via email within 7 days of the delivery confirmation by courier services to arrange for refund or free replacement if you meet the following criteria: 

1. Wrong Model or Defective Product: If you receive a product that is either the wrong model or exhibits defects not present in the item you originally ordered, we will gladly facilitate a replacement.

2. Wrong Product Delivered: In the event that you receive a product that differs from the one you initially selected and purchased, we will arrange for a free replacement.

Remarks : No refund/replace will be entertained if:

- You don't like the design

- You ordered the wrong model

- Items purchased during promotional sales.

- Blind box products.

- Other products explicitly marked as non-refundable in their listings.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your package and confirm its contents are in order, we anticipate processing your refund within approximately 7 business days. Typically, the funds will be returned via the original payment method. For instance, if you paid for your order using a credit card, the refund will be credited back to your credit card.
